i was queuing in the cafeteria for lunch and then, there were this group of skinny guys behind me talking about food and all.
guy A said something like this: omg, that menu got egg in it... i bet the calorie is high! you know what, i've been gaining and loosing weight for sometimes now. i lost 2 kilos last week.
guy B said: wow! thats great! how did you do that?
guy C said: cool! i wish i could lose weight like that.
guy A said: i'll be putting up weight again if i eat that... such a high calorie food...
guy B and C: yeah.. high calories...
and seriously, as i was standing in front of them, i was restraining my self from turn back and said "DO NOT RUIN MY LUNCH TIME! EATING IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY THING! SHUT UP!"
damn these guys... i wanted to buy a caramel pudding yesterday evening but their annoying conversation during lunch time popped into my head again.. and made me think that i had soo much pudding already.
these skinny guys really annoying la.. they're like a stick already but still fussing about mini calories and all. GO AND GET SOME EXERCISE LA!! they look so sick its disgusting. they're skinny but not fit. fit is a different thing ya know..
for me, food is the key to happiness. so, i love food. yeah.. I am a pure Malaysian. maybe thats why. i might not eat while thinking about calories and all, but i do make sure i eat 3 times a day (to prevent gastric), eat in a small portion of food (my tummy cudnt hold too much food at a time.. im a girl..not like the guys who can eat like 1 large bowl of japanese rice), and i must have chicken/fish and vegetables. yeah2..... i dont really eat fruits though... but i ate apple last nite!
and i exercise! a bit.. at least. by aikido and cycling. must keep myself fit so that i'll be healthy, not skinny. i wanna be like beyonce. not paris hilton.

yeah, you really should eat a balanced diet and do some exercises to be healthy and fit.
I do loss some kilos right now (without thinking of calories and stuffs). Quite happy about it and trying to get fit now. :)
i dont really care abt weight pn sebenanye. but i just wanna be fit so that tak rasa malas to move~ hehe.
